Our required reading for this 4 day retreat is Shaman, Healer, Sage by Alberto Villoldo. I invite you to begin or finish this book before class begins. (Available in our Class Store)- Bring 3 stones that call to you from nature. These stones will become powerful tools as you journey through this direction of the medicine wheel. You will be acquiring 13 stones total during our year together.
- Bring a cloth that is approximately “30 x 30” that will hold your stones.
- Pendulum – to test the chakras (Available in our Class Store)
- Sage – for clearing space (Available in our Class Store)
- Shell or container – to hold sage (Available in our Class Store)
- Lighter, candle
- Feather – to move the smoke while clearing (Available in our Class Store)
- Florida Water – for clearing a more intense clearing and opening sacred space. (Available in our Class Store)
- Rattle – for clearing, journeying, fire ceremony
- Notebook /binder and pen/pencil – for handouts, notes, journaling and techniques.
- 2 Flowers for Sunday’s ceremony
